For the customised coordination of long-term care providers, such as contact points, support organisations, neighbourhood help, hospital discharge services, day centres, outpatient healthcare and family doctors.

    Pro Aidants

    The We+Care App is provisioned by Pro Aidants, the Swiss advocacy group for family carers. Pro Aidants is a not-for-profit membership association that empowers family carers and staff of care organisations to coordinate so that humans are cared for with the best support available.
